As the Director of Client Delivery, I collaborated in the development and implementation of effective client engagements. Reviewed current episode care models to identify gaps and facilitate meetings with senior leadership, key physicians and bedside clinicians to refine and standardize the episode care model and develop performance dashboards and scorecards as well as assist clients in analyzing relevant business trends and complex data.

St. Anthony's Medical Center, St. Louis, MO 1996-2016

Led a team of 57 employees providing therapy services in the areas of physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy for a 400-bed acute care facility providing services to the St. Louis metro area. Collaborated with staff to redefine patient assignments to improve efficiency, productivity and teamwork. 

Staff Physical Therapist 2001-2009

Provided physical therapy to patients on the neurology, cardiac and orthopedic teams with a primary focus in the intensive care units (ICU). Responsible for daily caseload assignments. Participated in multidisciplinary rounds in the ICU’s. Managed student assignments for PT schools sending students to St. Anthony's Medical Center.

Therapy Attendant 1996-2001

Transported patients to and from physical therapy. Assisted physical therapists as needed with patient treatments. Maintained patient records. This was a PRN position working during summer and winter breaks including weekend and holiday shifts while attending school.

    Our initial evaluation session is 60 minutes and follow up sessions are 45 minutes at $105. We will thoroughly evaluate your specific condition, provide focused education, and prescribe an initial home treatment. We build upon this foundation in our follow up sessions, together.
